Architecture is not as much about buildings as it is about space,
especially about the space between things. The inbetween, the gaps
and the voids are the new landscape that define our cities.

Cities are ideal places for my work, because they inspire me to explore
how time, man and man-made space intertwine. By using an analogue
mechanical camera and exposing each photograph for a time span of
exactly 60 seconds I am creating images of public spaces and
cityscapes which are charged with time.

Awards Trained as an architect, I am an architectural photographer and a visual artist based in Berlin, Germany. My projects revolve around the topic of man-made space and aim to reflect its underlying principles and processes, its temporal and spatial scale.
