    HORRIBLES PARADE

For 21 days between May and June of 2015, I traveled throughout
Mongolia in a Ford Everest 4x4. I drove over 4500 kilometers,
reaching as far south as the Southern Gobi where dirt turns to
sand, and as far north as the Mongolian/Russian border where one
is told to head back from where they came.

The remote regions of Mongolia are some of the few remaining
locations on earth where people still live truly nomadically,
providing for themselves and their families off of the land with
minimal western influence. It was my mission to not only
document the people who inhabit such unforgiving territory, but
to explore my own personal departure from life as I know it 'on the
grid'.

Presented here is a small selection of photos from my series Cast
A Long Shadow: MONGOLIA.
