Edge of Necessity

Exploring the Rockies in Canada after studying in depth the effects of
climate change has opened my eyes to the visibly descending ice tops
on mountains. Edmonton, AB, beinf my childhood city, I spent a lot of my
trips and vacation to the rockies. The physical atmosphere I remebered
once visiting 10 years later was what drew my focus to the outline of the
mountains which seemed dried out, depressed, and vulnerable. In this
series, I have tried to capture and express both the vulnerable state and
the beauty of its existence in our very exposed atmosphere.
