"MadreTuscia" is a photographic project born from its inception for a publication.
In 2014 I spent several months abroad for photographic works, each time before starting
and immediately after the return felt the need of contact with my land.
I grabbed my panoramic camera and I lost myself for the places of my childhood, I lost
myself in the woods, where I went with my grandmother as a child in search of mushrooms,
or three years I escaped with the tricycle to look for my loneliness.
I drove also new roads, walking I found wild animals, abandoned places that made me feel
at home.
My Tuscia is hostile and magnetic territory, collects in her womb Cain and Abel, the good
and the bad, the virginity of his land and its abandonment.
On this trip I have ever tried to find myself, I left everything live, the images reflect
my condition, my anxiety.
Daniele Vita was born in Vetralla in 1975.
It is photographer since 2008.
He has collaborated with UNHCR, ANCI, Arci, Fratelli Alinari, De Agostini, the municipality of Rome and other Italian magazine.
She works with several social associations and cooperatives, which Coop and Alice foundation Exodus.
