Myanmar´s locked up mental ills

In Myanmar, according to the WHO, there are less than 100
psychiatrists. Some families lock up their ill families members
within their houses, because there is no medical care or they can´t
afford it. This man was locked up in Mawlamyine, Myanmar by his
brother, in his brother´s bakery shop. The family was afraid of
him because he hit him and his wife, the brother told me with
broken voice.
