The yearning of a stone

This photograph was taken in 2015. I was on the way to Tibet, driving through Maoya
Grassland and occasionally found this stone lying on the vast grassland. It seems like
it’s watching snowy mountains. Maybe millions of years ago, the stone was a part of them,
then has been covered by soil due to earth movement. Ever since then, it has been eager to
be as magnificent and imposing as those mountains.
