Missing Her Dharma Master

  • Photographer
    Yann-Fang Janice Leu, Taiwan

The 90-year-old Tibetan lady in China was asked about her
unfulfilled wishes in this life. Her eyes immediately turned read
and looked outside the window, pausing a while and then saying
that her last wish was to see her dharma master in Bhutan who she
has not met for 6 years. She said she missed him very much and
has been looking forward to seeing him before she dies. For
Tibetan Buddhists, it’s very sacred to see one’s dharma master
before one dies.
