When dreams become reality. Reality becomes real. Refugees were
dreaming about brighter future before they fled from unsafe
places they were living it and they are still dreaming about it on
their tough journey on “Balkan route”. Thousands of Syrians and
other nationalities are those, who in front of my eyes become
individuals with their personal life stories and their own dreams.
Sometimes sweet dreams become nightmares. When Europe is in
front of their open eyes, dreams could vanish. Photos were taken
on ferry from island Lesbos to Athens in November, 2015.
Refugees from Syria, Afghanistan, Iraq and from some African
countries try to reach a safe place to live. Europe looks like a safe
place.
