This image is part of my research “Body”, whose photographs represent the guiding
principles of the works composing my entire production. They refer to the emotion of my
personal approach to the subject. I pursue naturalism as a style able to reflect
immediately the very meaning of our life, as a style deeply true, more faithful to reality
than any imitation. In fact nor it has only truth, but it is the truth.
So I’m looking for truth as the harmony out of which there is no beauty.
We find the empty and the full, the ying and the yang in the whites and in the blacks,
whereas I exalt the moment with its impermanence, the perfect harmony where each element
coexists with the whole in an absolute balance that we can contemplate, celebrate, using
the medium of photography as a tool of investigation of the phenomenal reality and of
temporality as a way that leads to the ephemeral.
It is victory over time: the anticipation of the end in order to perpetuate the moment.
