Temporality explores collective memories of the sea of an island
city-state that is Singapore. Rapid change on the island has
transpired waves of nostalgia, disorientation, and movements to
document, preserve and share memories. The sea, surrounding
all these changes, has remained largely constant in the island's
ever changing landscape. This series depicts recurring
narratives where memories are weaved into the present in effort
to make the past less foreign.
