Samsara

The scene was taken in spring 2013 near Triveni Sangam, Allahabad. The image shows
pilgrims and devotees of the Maha Kumbh Mela - the largest spiritual gathering on the
planet, held every 12 years.
Though every religion is welcomed, mainly Hindus crossing the rivers Ganga and Yamuna to
reach the holy sangam for a cleansing dip.
