Baijiu Distillery

At work in the Wen Jun Baijiu (white spirit) distillery in Qionglai, China. Founded in
1951 the distillery produces a high quality and powerful spirit made from a mixture of
several grains that are fermented then run through these large stills before the elixir is
then aged in large ceramic vessels.
