Catherine Rondeau is a fine art photographer, videographer and author. Over the last few years, she has developed an acute interest for surrealism and now specializes in the creation of whimsical dreamlike photo montages that blur the boundaries between fiction and reality. Inspired by her research into the perception of wonderment in folk and fairy tales, she is currently working on a series of images that portray the way children daily use their imagination to go, much like Alice in Wonderland, beyond the looking glass in order to release inner tensions.
