Boys & girls

An on-going series of images illustrating how children play together.
Why do the girls choose dollies, a swing & preparing a tea party when the boys choose a more physical option with their bikes.
Is this as simple as girls perhaps being more cerebral & boys more visceral at this age?
Does this reflect similar choices we might make 30 years later as adults?
Or are we witnessing learned behaviour as these childrenâ??s respective father's play sport & the mothers â??doâ?? coffee mornings?
