Reflections

I started taking pictures when I was 10 using an old box camera that took 110 film cartridges. In high school I graduated to a manual film camera and was lucky to have a wonderful teacher. After 3 photography classes in high school, my interest waned temporarily until I made the jump to digital. Over the next four years I struggled to really master digital, but I'm slowly getting accustomed to it. I've worked for two yearbook staffs and a school newspaper staff as a photojournalist, but a lot of the work I do is just as a hobby. I'm more interested in making photo essays and books.
