The Artsakh/N.Karabakh conflict was an ethnic and territorial conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan.This ancestral land of Armenians, unjustly given to Azerbaijan by Stalin in 1921.There was a war from 1988-1994, won by Artsakh and Armenia.Azerbaijan launched a military offensive in 2023,resulting in the surrender of the Artsak/N. Karabagh.Following the ethnic cleansing,120,000 Armenians were displaced.These photographs are part of a more in depth story on Karabagh conflict and people’s lives during and first conflict and documented the lives of many people who suffered losses /damages
