74 year-old homeless man living on the northeast of San Antonio, Texas. Goes by the name of "Billy" sometimes "Ed". He's a local fixture seen daily panhandling. I stopped and visited with him and found out he served in the U.S. Navy for 6-years then took on various jobs -a Jack of Trades. Some 3-years back he found himself homeless/out of work and been on the same streets he grew up in, graduated in 1968 from the areas local High School. Blames himself for ill decisions with drugs and then too covid and Biden didn't help he said. Allowed me to photograph him, gave him a $20, he smiled.
