I captured 18 year old girl voters and their messages to Federal government on the cusp of the 2021 Presidential election, and one of the women that inspired them: Jayna Zweiman, Co-founder of the Pussyhat project. Jayna's project gained global attention due to the women who wore one of her hats at global protest marches starting in 2016 and continuing through 2020 to proclaim their dissatisfaction with Donald Trump being voted into office as President of the United States. The girls were taking action to change their future and the future of millions of fellow citizens.
