The story of NGO shelter and their dogs in Iran is sequence story of Legal weakness and macro-level mismanagement that we see all over there.Rush of urbane life to the suburbs,has been occurred so fast that the domestic animals of there like dogs,could not get along with environmental changes so They are sometimes brutally killed or left somewhere to die.some people devote life to support them because of their sense of sympathy,but lack of environmental knowledge and lack of legal protection make them and dogs isolated of society and real life, And it complicates the situation for both of them
