Archipelagos

In Lithuania, a nationalist country that fights with fear against its Soviet past, the Russian language is badly seen, the ethnic Russian population is seen as second class, but there is a neighborhood, Naujoji Vilna, where these prejudices disappear, it seems a model of integration, with Russian schools, Soviet monuments and Russian speakers, but is it integration or ghetto? Its population lives as archipelagos, they are united by what separates them, Russian.
