A rain shaft at the base of a massive thunderstorm cloud during
the storm that hit the Gulf and the city of Patras on September 10,
2016 in West Greece. The term Rain Shaft refers to a heavy
downpour coming from a single thunderstorm.

Alexandros Maragos is an Athens-based filmmaker & photographer best known for his landscape photography, astrophotography and timelapse imagery.
