We decided to do our pre-wedding session by ourselves while we had our one month-long relocation road trip from Durham, NC to San Francisco, CA. It not only documents our love to each other but also showcases the beauty of nature across the country. All the images shown are done with a tripod and remote control. Makeup, hair design, and even the veil also made by ourselves!
I am a biologist but longing for art.
I started to photograph when I move to the United States for my career in biomedical science field. I realized that once the memories fade away, the only things left are my images.
As a photographer, I try to freeze time and capture every single moment that is astonishing. It could be a piece of falling snow, light coming through the window, or a shade of smile. I open my eyes to see, to experience, and to record.
However, not too long ago, I started to look back into my heart and ask myself how I feel about the world and what is beauty meant to me.
