This is an ethereal series of women interpreting various birds:
parrot, owl, crow, cardinal, pheasant and dove. Woman as bird is
mystical and inspired by the ancient Egyptians belief that birds
bridge the worlds of this life and the next. They could transverse
between these two realm and were a symbol of hope in the
afterlife.
