Emerging - decaying

These images are part of a series entitled ‘Emerging, Decaying’ -
stilled lives – contemplating the brevity of life, mortality – and the
evolution of nature’s only real strategy for immortality – beauty,
sex, and the passing of genes to the next generation.
The images were taken for an exhibition held in February 2015
at Bett Gallery Hobart Australia.
