Echoes of Self is a photographic series exploring identity as a temporal and evolving condition shaped by memory, landscape, and the passage of time. Through self-portraiture and long exposure, the figure dissolves into natural environments, where presence shifts between visibility and absence. Using the large-format dry plate process, the work embraces impermanence both materially and conceptually. Rooted in an ongoing search for Ikigai, the series reflects a quiet dialogue between body and world, where transformation unfolds, and the self remains in flux.
