The Langewand Dunes are part of the Namib Desert, which is over 55 million years old, situated in southern Namibia. These towering red and golden dunes rise steeply from the Atlantic Ocean, creating a striking landscape where the Namib Desert meets the sea — a rare phenomenon. One photo shows sunbathing seals, and the other photo shows many fairy circles on the ground, which are created by termites that build their nests beneath the circles.
Photos were taken from a small plane flying at an altitude of 100-800 meters.
