During a journey through the Sahara, I was able to experience and admire the beautiful moods of this landscape. Depending on the quality of the daylight, the dune landscape reveals its full splendor. With the approach of a sandstorm, the aura of the desert transforms once again. Experiencing a sandstorm firsthand was a truly unique event—one I felt compelled to capture photographically, despite the consequence that my camera equipment suffered significant damage as a result. I am constantly captivated anew by the beauty of the desert.

This quote from Vincent Van Gogh is very true for me, as I am a nature person and have been creatively dealing with nature as a landscape gardener for many years.
When I was on vacation, I was always traveling, whether near or far, but I always had my camera with me. This was probably the basis for my photography, which became a passion. When I'm on the move, I always have an eye open for great subjects. With impressionist photography, I found a new field of activity alongside nature and architecture.

Awards I have been submitting images to various international photography competitions for 3 years and there has been steady progress. The highlight so far was winning the Architecture category at the Budapest Int. Photo Awards 2024.
