Despite the initially poor weather, I set off in the dark for the idyllic lake in the Bavarian Prealps.
It was a peaceful morning, and I was able to enjoy the tranquility of this stunning landscape all to myself. I was fortunate enough to witness the sky begin to glow with dawn, while a light mist still lingered in front of the Karwendel Mountains. The reflection in the idyllic lake made for a truly unforgettable moment.

This quote from Vincent Van Gogh is very true for me, as I am a nature person and have been creatively dealing with nature as a landscape gardener for many years.
When I was on vacation, I was always traveling, whether near or far, but I always had my camera with me. This was probably the basis for my photography, which became a passion. When I'm on the move, I always have an eye open for great subjects. With impressionist photography, I found a new field of activity alongside nature and architecture.
Awards I have been submitting images to various international photography competitions for 3 years and there has been steady progress. The highlight so far was winning the Architecture category at the Budapest Int. Photo Awards 2024.
