At sunset, the last light spreads across the Pacific as the tide moves between dark rocks and open sky. A slow exposure turns the retreating water into luminous traces, carrying red and violet reflections back toward the sea. The image captures a brief meeting of motion, color, and atmosphere, when the shoreline becomes a passage between day and night.
