Purposely shot from a high vantage point, this composition isolates the geometric forms of elite BMX riders and their bicycles against the stark, sunlit asphalt. The long shadows, cast by the midday sun, act as silent and dynamic participants in the race, reinforcing the speed and rhythm of the action. This image is an exploration of form, light, and motion, transforming a high-energy sport into a graphic study of patterns and contrast. It is for me a moment where speed becomes geometry.
