This work captures the Bir-Hakeim Bridge in Paris, utilizing the structure of its historical steel columns as a frame to depict the city's daily life. The adoption of a 16:7 aspect ratio is intended to emphasize the deep perspective and geometric structure of the architecture. The two cyclists symbolize the fact that this historic landmark is deeply integrated into people's lives and means of transportation—representing the bicycle culture of Paris. As the morning glow tints the clouds with red, the colors of the French flag are reconstructed within the frame.

Takeshi Kameyama is a photographer based in Niigata, Japan, who began his career in 2008, pursuing genre-defying artistic expressions. Alongside fine-art photography, he works in advertising, including Sony G Master promotions and East Japan Railway projects. He is currently an MFA candidate at Kyoto University of the Arts, deepening academic research in photography. In May 2026, he hosted a joint exhibition with Farmani Group and TIFA in Shibuya. He also leads the Kogame Photo Community to support creators in international competitions.
