This collection of panoramas aims to reveal the diversity of landscapes shaped by extreme desertification, from a geomorphological perspective. It presents, in an intimate and highly detailed way, the raw lands the humans of the future may be forced to survive, across this planet — a possible scenario born from the death drive of a collective unconscious.
The project was developed during two expeditions in Algeria. From the dry mountains of Assekrem to the red desert of Tadrat Rouge, passing through the endless sea of dunes of the Erg d’Admer — a silent beauty unsettles one’s mind.
