The world we perceive is not flat but three-dimensional.Yet images captured through a camera lensare ultimately reduced to a two-dimensional plane.
This work questions that gap.Is it possible to express three-dimensionality within a flat image?
By constructing cubes and photographing them as if wrapping them in paper,I explore the contrast and tension between volume and surface,reality and image.
