在日本神戶舉辦的「天下無双」Strongman OSG（Official Strongman Games Qualifier）賽事中，傳統的力石文化被巧妙融入 EVENT4「さし石」與 EVENT5「石担ぎ」，成為這場現代強人競技中的文化亮點。

力石起源於江戶時代，是象徵力量與毅力的傳統挑戰，常見於神社與村落祭典。主辦單位將這項歷史文化轉化為現代比賽形式。「さし石」（舉石）要求選手將重石舉過頭頂，展現極限的上肢與核心力量；「石担ぎ」（擔石）則需將石塊舉上肩膀，並騰出一手不接觸石頭，象徵真正掌握力量與穩定控制。

這兩項競技不僅考驗選手的肌力、技巧與身體協調，也讓觀眾深入認識日本在地的力量文化。透過天下無双，傳統力石不再只是靜態歷史遺產，而是活化於強人競賽中的文化資產，展現古今交融的競技魅力。

I am a community pharmacist, using my professional pharmaceutical knowledge to contribute to the health of the community. I am also an Olympic weightlifter and a CrossFit athlete, passionate about sports and love to challenge myself. In addition, I am an amateur photographer specializing in various events, capturing every wonderful moment through the lens. By combining my professional knowledge, passion for sports, and photography skills, I hope to play a greater role in the community. Thank you all!
