Underneath Errazuriz Avenue, one of the most important streets of Valparaíso (Chile), between sewers, we find a kind of “mine”.But a recycling mine. The place has been recycling products for sale since the 1980s, when a group of young people, lacking job opportunities and in the midst of the dictatorship of General Pinochet in Chile, took over this space to build what is now almost a camp under the streets of the center of the capital of the port city.
