Antonio, one of my best friends, made a double request to me just over a year ago: to be his best man and take photos during the wedding. Even though I am not a wedding photographer, I made an exception with him, because the love I feel for him and his wife is such that I cannot escape such an honor and, at the same time, a great responsibility.

I am Francesco Sanna, a professor in secondary school, a biologist, a drummer. My artistic practice unfolds through both digital and analog photography, often incorporating manual alterations to prints. I have a predominantly conceptual style and express myself through portraiture and fine art photography.
Music, one of my main sources of inspiration, converges with my passion for human behavior stemming from my studies, forming the foundation of my visual explorations.Recurring themes in my work revolve around emotions, particularly those more "turbulent," and the passage of time.
