I volunteer at the Santa Cruz SPCA near my home taking photographs of the dogs to help them find their forever homes. This beautiful boy was a puppy named Tundra. Tundra was still in his isolation period when I was at the facility taking photos, so we could not take him outside to photograph him. Still, we wanted to get some shots of him. Given that he had to stay inside his kennel, I had to be somewhat creative. I took this photo of him through the front of his plexiglass kennel door. With one blue and one brown eye he was stunning, and I think this photo also captures his playful puppy self.
