À Tahiti sur le spot de Teahupoo, une vague puissante et majestueuse se forme, sculptant un tube qui évoque la forme d'une oreille. La courbe gracieuse et la structure creuse de la vague créent une illusion naturelle fascinante, comme si l'océan lui-même écoutait les secrets du vent. La nature se transforme ainsi en une œuvre d'art éphémère.

Marc Lenfant is a French photographer based in French Polynesia for more than twenty-five years. Trained as a geographer, he explores the relationship between people, the ocean and island territories. His work moves between documentary approach and poetic vision, focusing on gestures, traditions, landscapes and the fragile balance between human presence and nature, in Polynesia and during his travels beyond the Pacific.
