Breath of the Arctic

This image captures an opening in the ice, through which the distinctive silhouette of an orca (Orcinus orca) can be seen, framed by the surrounding white ice. Orcas in the cold waters of Iceland often rely on natural or artificial openings in the ice.

I am a landscape photographer who specializes in capturing images of natural and outdoor environments. I am focused on showcasing the beauty of landscapes, both natural and urban, often traveling to remote and picturesque locations to find the most evocative scenes. The main characteristics and skills that I have include artistic eye and composition, knowledge of light, technical proficiency, patience and perseverance, preparation and planning, post processing skills, environmental respect and passion for nature.
