In the Realm of Giants
This series explores the intimate details and vast landscapes that define the African elephant’s existence. From the deep creases of weathered skin to the sweeping savannas of Amboseli and the Masai Mara, In the Realm of Giants captures both the grandeur and vulnerability of these magnificent creatures. The monochrome and sepia tones strip distractions away, focusing on texture, light, and scale—revealing a timeless connection between the elephants and the land they have roamed for generations.

Randall is an internationally awarded wildlife photographer based in Houston, TX. His journey began as a combat photographer in the U.S. Marine Corps and was refined through formal training at the Brooks Institute. After a decade in commercial photography, he spent 25 years with the FBI as a forensic photographer and educator. Today, he specializes in fine art wildlife photography and leads workshops worldwide, combining artistic vision with technical expertise to help others connect with nature through the lens.
