Fishermen set up small octopus spawning grounds in the tidal flats where the seawater comes in and out twice a day. This is a ‘House of Hope’ that helps mother octopuses and their young survive safely. These are facilities for the fishermen’s livelihood, but to the eyes of strangers looking at the sea from afar, they are a very exotic and peaceful scenery.
I expressed the mysterious and minimalistic beauty of the artificial structure that seems to float on the sea with a long exposure.
I am an amateur photographer. I like to capture calm seascapes in minimalistic photography using long exposures.
