I am old. Now that my days of photographing pro-sports events are over, I am re-discovering the beauty and challenge of macro & still-life photography! I get great pleasure from seeing cut flowers slowly fade, as I am doing, and attempting to capture the moment before they are gone forever. Other small things too make it to the table, and my macro lens - bought almost 20 years ago - is enjoying its own "Indian Summer"!

I make photographs, and have done for some 60 years. I am British but also have Swedish citizenship and live in Swedish Lapland. I have also lived in Germany and photographed many professional sporting events there. Now that I am retired I am photographing more sedate, macro & still-life subjects.
