Silence Wish has served as a teacher, visiting professor, and art director.
Drawing artistic inspiration from the triangle formed by philosophy, literature, and art history, his work oscillates between the probing of humanity and aesthetic expression, employing a fine-line photography style. His visual language is both classic and avant-garde, and his ideas are influenced by deconstructionist concepts. His creative mediums include reversal film, negatives, and digital imaging, with a strong emphasis on original imagery.
