'Confluence’ is my third photobook in an 'unanticipated trilogy' of France-based books. The book explores my 17-year archive of images from the Creuse. It explores this region in central France using 34 diptychs to create “a cumulative sense of place”.

Chris Rydlewski has lived and worked in Bristol (UK) as a freelance photographer and photography lecturer.
Recently retired Chris is now concentrating on personal projects, mainly based in France, which he has visited regularly for many years.
