This series captures the fieldwork of winemaking at Domes Sergiou Winery, from winter pruning to harvest. Cyprus has one of the world’s oldest winemaking traditions, dating back over 5,000 years. To create a raw, timeless feel, I taped the front of the lens and worked in black and white, achieving an aged, tactile effect in-camera—no filters, no digital tricks. The images honor the land, tradition, and the quiet resilience of those who tend Cyprus’s vineyards, continuing an ancient legacy with every season.
