In recent years, Europe has witnessed an unprecedented wave of migration that has radically transformed its social and cultural fabric.

This series of images takes as a starting point the book "Soumission" by Michel Houellebecq, which offers a reflection on the Islamization of European culture. This premise serves as a starting point to explore the possible sociocultural ramifications of the growing Islamic presence in Europe.

From a sociological point of view, this series seeks to capture the dynamics of power, resistance and adaptation that emerge in this new cultural context.

Luciano Koenig Dupont is a renowned photographer and digital artist with more than 90 international awards at world-renowned photography festivals. He has stood out in categories such as Fine Art, Still Life, Digital Art, Advertising and AI, and has been recognized for 2 consecutive years as one of the best advertising photographers from around the world at the One Eyeland Awards.
He is the first artist globally to hold a Solo Exhibition with images created with Artificial Intelligence. The exhibition is called “Welcome to Luckyland: My AI World” and consists of 40 large format images.
