Pyramids and horses

In the archaeological area of Abusir (18km south of Cairo), there are many hospital-farms for horses where the animals are taken care of. I have been lucky of joining an archaeological project working nearby the area, and marvel every morning at the views, always the same and yet so different, and the symbiotic relationship between the silhouettes of the horses on the dunes, the sinuosity of the desert and the remains of the majestic Abusir pyramids.
