Midnight Refuel
Gas Stations Illuminating the Night
This photo series captures the surreal beauty of gas stations glowing like islands in the dark. The images showcase the stations as beacons of light for travelers and symbols of the fading era of combustion engines. The stark, luminous scenes evoke nostalgia and contemplation, highlighting the transient nature of these roadside havens.

My passion for photography reaches back to my 15th birthday where I got my first digital camera. From that moment on I experienced my life through a lens. The camera sparkles my curiosity and helps me discover and understand places, people and their relationships. For the past ten years my clients have been architects, hotels and industrial corporations, but I also work on self assigned fine art photo series where I capture architecture from the ground or from the air.
There is a common thread through my work, in that I photograph everyday situations in a special way.
