Erliao, located in southwestern Taiwan, is not particularly high in elevation. However, due to its unique topography, low-level clouds and mist often blanket the area before sunrise. Coupled with the otherworldly terrain reminiscent of the lunar surface, travelers immersed in the process of watching the sky transform from pitch black to azure and then gradually brighten cannot help but marvel at the wonders of nature.
