The insides of vegetables and fruits are used in cooking. When you look at the remaining peels, they are all unique. Color, shape, decomposition, etc.

Rather than viewing the peels of vegetables and fruits as something to be discarded after the insides have been used for cooking, I thought I wanted to convey the charm (positive image) of each remaining peels. Anything has various possibilities, depending on how you look at it.

The photos are of carrots, pumpkins, bananas, apples, burdock root, and kiwi peels.

I keep taking photos with the concept of making everyday life more interesting.
